The 4-State Watershed Academy drew over 200 attendees from local, state and federal legislators, state agencies, and watershed organizations.
We were honored to have Arkansas' Governor Beebe address the conference and to have EPA Region 6 Administrator Dr. Armendariz and Region 7 Acting Director of Water Karen Flournoy share EPA priorities.
Steve Womack facilitated a lively panel discussion with state legislators and Missouri Congressman Billy Long.
