Illinois River Fall Float & Cleanup

First 10 to sign up receive FREE canoes for the float thanks to IRWP, Arkansas Canoe Club & Love to Float Outfitters!!!

Must reserve with IRWP, first come first serve. OR bring your kayak or canoe, or rent one that day from Love to Float Outfitters!

Meet at Siloam Springs Kayak Park at 9 am to float and clean-up along the Illinois River, approximately a 7.5-mile stretch. Put in will be at Chamber Springs Access just south of Hwy 412.

Over $7,000 in Art Salon awards and recognition of IRWP sponsors for excellence in Watershed Stewardship 
6 pm to 8 pm
at Crystal Bridges Museum Great Hall. Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased online at www.irwp.org. Dinner banquet  includes Art Salon and 10th Annual IRWP Golden Paddle Awards.

Dr. Nicole Hardiman
Welcome Dr. Hardiman as the new IRWP Executive Director. Hardiman holds a PhD in biology and environmental science from the University of Cincinnati and BA in Biology, University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. 
Green Infrastructure Mini-Grants
Learn how you can install Green Infrastructure elements to improve water quality in the Illinois River Watershed and apply for a grant sponsored by the IRWP, Arkansas Natural Resources Commission and EPA. Eligible organizations include schools, parks, libraries and non-profit organizations.
