Facilities Available

As a nonprofit, IRWP aims to maintain sanctuary access for mission-aligned partners, supporters, and the community while ensuring operational sustainability. Rentals support outreach, stewardship, and upkeep of the space. The Watershed Sanctuary’s primary purpose is to preserve this valuable conservation area for the species that live there, and the Learning Center to support a workspace for staff. All event reservations are subject to availability and approval. We do not mow additional areas for events. Prices are subject to change without notice, and IRWP may grant fee waivers for mission-aligned events at our discretion. Please read the Terms of Agreement and Guidance below to ensure the best experience with our facilities.

Rental Guidance and Procedures

PAVILION

Pavilion with Picnic Tables w/ Sink, Fridge and Serving Area (Capacity: 80)

Rental Pricing

All event reservations are subject to availability and approval.

As of 2026, the Learning Center is closed for rentals. Our growing team needs the space!

  • Partial Day (up to 2 hours): $150

    Full Day (8 hours): $300

    Includes: Bathrooms, pavilion, and concessions

    Does NOT include: Learning Center or exclusive park access or staff

  • Sponsors can book a waived fee event once per quarter, or four times per year. Available upon request and subject to approval and availability. Sponsorships start at $1000/year.

    Meetings & Presentations with 60 attendees or less:

    Half-Day: Free

    Full Day: Free or \$100 suggested donation

  • For special events, please inquire for pricing. Submit details through the form below to get approval and pricing.

    Please Note: Prices for private or special events start at $800.

Book a Rental

A reservation will not be considered final until confirmation of the date and event is received in writing from the IRWP and payment for the facility reservation is approved.
