Volunteer with the Illinois River Watershed Partnership to plant trees on Wildcat Creek in Tontitown!

These volunteer plantings will take place on

Tuesday, March 24th from 10 AM - 3 PM.

Wednesday, March 25th from 10 AM - 3 PM.

This restoration is in partnership with the US Forest Service and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission to improve the riparian buffer along Wildcat Creek.

As part of this restoration, Savanna Springs LLC has implemented Livestock Best Management Practices (BMPs) like Heavy Use Areas and Livestock Exclusion from waterways. If you raise livestock and are curious how these practices look in-action, then please join us!

The meeting point for this event is 36°11'02.7"N 94°19'36.8"W - on Wildcat Creek Road 851and ~0.5 miles from Highway 68 in Tontitown, AR. Important to know - the meeting point for Day 2 planting is different than Day 1!
